All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Two of the rooms contain king-sized beds, one has a queen-sized and the remaining two rooms have oversized twin singles. Additional rollaway single mattresses are also available. Three of the bedrooms complete modern entertainment systems featuring satellite TV’s, DVD’s, and stereos are located throughout the house: one in the mater suite’s sitting room, one in the main living room, and one in the upper level verandah. Living On the second floor of the villa is a verandah-style living room overlooking the expanse of the property and beyond to the panoramic view of the river and rice-fields. There are two dining areas in Villa Surya Damai. The first is a separate formal dining room that can accommodate up to 12 people and overlooks the pool, garden and surrounding rice-paddies. Villa Surya Damai is situated on the edge of the village of Umalas in a plot that extends to 2850 sq m. The gardens enjoy a 60m palm-fringed river-frontage and overlook the rice fields. Umalas is a peaceful and quiet village, containing a number of villas as well as the famous riding stables. A pleasant 15 minute walk across the rice paddies brings you to Batu Belig beach, and some of Bali's best-known beachside restaurants.
