A luxury villa resort can be a crème-de-la-crème private estate comprised entirely of pool-villas or suites, without en-suite kitchens but with personal butler service complemented by common facilities. Alternatively, it might be an international 5-star destination resort with private suites or a villa complex within its grounds. The common facilities will most likely include 24-hour reception, fine-dining restaurants, bars, a club lounge, spa, fitness centre, conference and meeting facilities, shops and a main swimming pool. Staff services will include wedding and event coordinators.
Most luxury resorts require that you utilise their in-house food and beverage facilities, and will not allow you to bring in outside catering. Some resorts will not allow you to introduce any external services, not even a photographer! We will therefore assist in the negotiation of the total package. We can generally achieve a better deal on resort packages as we have the experience to advise you on what you really need and what you don’t need. Because we have long term relationships with these exclusive resorts, in almost all cases we are able to negotiate a better price than that of a total stranger making a direct booking. Coordinating fees for a resort wedding are generally worked into our package price.
