We have shaped the ultimate trusted structure. We work on a case-by-case basis acting both as an advisor and as a coordinator for your bespoke event. With our ten years of experience on the island we boast the necessary savvy to troubleshoot the hoops and assure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. As your Bali contact, we will to handle all aspects of your event, including the accommodation and transportation arrangements for yourselves and all of your guests, if required. We will help you to decide on the best and most appropriate wedding venue – whether it be a resort, a private villa, a restaurant, or a more alternative location. If you decide to hold your wedding or large event at a luxury resort, we will assist in the negotiation of the rates and the co-organisation of the event.

Most luxury resorts require that you utilise their in-house food and beverage facilities, and will not allow you to bring in outside catering. Some resorts will not allow you to introduce any external services, not even a photographer! We will therefore assist in the negotiation of the total package. We can generally achieve a better deal on resort packages as we have the experience to advise you on what you really need and what you don’t need. Because we have long term relationships with these exclusive resorts, in almost all cases we are able to negotiate a better price than that of a total stranger making a direct booking. Coordinating fees for a resort wedding are generally worked into our package price.

If you book a private villa, or restaurant, the costs are significantly less and, depending on your requirements, we will once again fulfill the role of your Bali contact in the organisation of every aspect of the event, including everyone’s accommodation and transportation arrangements. Our fee is generally about 10% of the event budget subject to your needs.
