Privacy is the key word in private villa accommodation; a villa vacation presents personal space, private gardens and a private pool, complemented by exemplary personal service.

Our villas are located around the Island.  Rates range from US$200 per night for a 1-bedroom snug to US$4,400 per night for a 5-bedroom Private Estate. We frequently visit the villas to ensure that everything is in order and we continually maintain our tiptop standards as most of them are owned by people we know personally.

Most of our villas require a 2-night minimum stay, and a select few necessitate a 7-night minimum stay. Please refer to the individual web page to check the requirements of each villa.

BE Well Advised……

We have created individual web pages for each of the villa properties we represent that are available for rent all year round. We also have a selection of villas that are not accessible on-line because the owners are living in them for part of the year. Therefore, if you can’t find exactly what you are searching looking for, please let us know your needs, and we will help you in your quest for the perfect holiday home.

You will find an enquiry form located within the reservations page of each of the villa descriptions on our website. Please let us know which villas you fancy the most by completing as many of these forms as you wish, and giving us all the information that we need in order that we can provide you with details about availability, together with our recommendations. Please give us as much information as possible about your interests and what you would to experience during your holiday (i.e. relaxation, yoga and spa, adventure tours, culture, beaches). Try to adequately describe what you are looking for and please identify your budget, so that we can come back to you with our best advice.   

Each type of accommodation – whether it is a stand-alone private villa, a villa complex or a luxury villa resort – has its own unique plus and minus points, which we will use to identify what we believe to be the type of experience you are looking for. Our primary focus is the quality of THE EXPERIENCE and the price is secondary. Although price is very important, we are not catering to the mass market!   We are specialists in luxury, with a profound knowledge of the genuine article. We pride ourselves on telling it like it is, and we would much rather under sell and over deliver than risk your disappointment.   

By return email we will give you a list of options available.   The prices quoted will be correct at the time of enquiry but maybe subject to change.  The rate payable can only be secured at time of a formal confirmation. Villa availability can change on a day to day basis. The private villas options are available at the time recommended but are not necessarily available in the immediate future as most of our properties are one of a kind! You quick response is therefore needed in order to avoid disappointment.  

BE Decisive…

There are so many options that it can get confusing! After you have e-mailed us with a selection of your favourites, we will reconfirm the villa availability.  Please note that an enquiry does not in any way represent a reservation, and this is especially applicable at high and/or peak times, when there is often more than one enquiry for any given villa. If you would like us to place a 'hold' on a villa, to give you time to finalise a decision, please inform us as soon as possible. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee 100% availability until we have actually spoken with the owner because it is possible that another booking may have been taken in the interim.  

Once you’ve indicated that you wish to confirm, a period of grace is extended for the financial arrangements to be made, and the villa is given the status of ‘awaiting confirmation’. A formal confirmation of your booking is only given once the relevant deposit has been sent to our bankers and a fax copy of the transfer instruction is in our possession.

There are only a limited amount of villas available in Bali so please make your booking early. We work on a first come, first served basis and the booking is not confirmed until we receive a deposit. Many booking are made up to one year in advance.

Once we have received your confirmation, we will then provide you with an invoice and payment schedule in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

There are two payment options; Telex Transfer (charges to be borne by the client) and Credit Card payment (only VISA and Master Card accepted).  Please be aware that any credit card payment will incur an additional charge of 4%.

We kindly request that you inform us of any changes to your plans that we need to be aware of to  ensure that there are no disruptions that might blight your holiday.

A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed.  Changes can not necessarily be accommodated in all cases.

Bali-Experience Services Provided

When you arrive in Bali, you will be picked up at the airport by a driver who will be flaunting a sign with your name on it. A representative of Bali-experience will be at the villa to greet you and introduce you to the staff and your holiday home. You will also receive a welcome pack explaining everything that you need to know about your private villa, in addition to the surrounding area and Bali in general.

BE Pampered……

All the villas we represent employ fully-trained house staff. For an extra fee, babysitters and tour guides can be arranged.

We have a fleet of cars with drivers available for about $55 day. All of our drivers speak good English and have mobile phones so that you can get in touch with them whenever you need them. A diligent driver is more important than you realise; we hear many tourists complaining about how much of their time has been wasted by drivers who take them to places where they do not want to go, (i.e. shops, restaurants, spas, etc. where they will receive a commission from your purchase.) We are proud of our drivers because they will not do this. The daily rate for one of our vehicles covers the cost of an air-conditioned car including insurance, with a driver for 8 hours per day! Additional time is at the cost of $4 per hour. Petrol is not included. Mercedes and other luxury vehicles are also available.

Our Bali-experienced trouble-shooters are available 24/7 for any problems that may occur. Remember Bali is not Los Angeles, London or Hong Kong! Sometimes there are power failures, which will mean that your air-conditioner, refrigerator, TV, and water pump will stop working! BE cool and just relax, as this is usually only a temporary interruption, and bear in mind that an evening by candle light can be very romantic! A number of our villas boast back-up power generators; please ask if you require a villa with this facility.

BE Guided…

We can arrange excursions by car, boat, helicopter, or upon horseback.  We can organise sporting and adventure activities ranging from golf to white water rafting, trekking, mountain biking, diving or tandem paragliding, to name but a few! Please visit our Bali Tour Experience for more details.  
We can even arrange for a cultural performance to take place in the privacy of your villa, or as the entertainment factor at your private party.

BE a VIP

Bali-Experience Guests:   VIP airport pick up is available!

To avoid having to wait in the immigration and customs queues at the airport, Bali-Experience can arrange a VIP airport collection.  The cost for this service is US$25 (Children under 12 years old are free of charge!).  Bali-Experience will collect the payment for this service and include it on your invoice. 

Our airport representative will be waiting inside the airport arrival hall directly outside your gate to greet you when you arrive.  He will have a sign with your name on it.  

Please note that you will also need to pay for your visa on arrival (if applicable).  For the Visa on Arrival, please prepare beforehand, US$25 per person (including babies!) with each passport. Our representative will then collect this at the gate, together with your carry-on luggage, enabling you to quickly proceed through immigration to the luggage claim, where you can point out your luggage to our staff.  Once you have collected your luggage, you will then proceed directly to the Customs and exit counter without incurring any additional waiting time.

Helicopter Transfers Available!

Save driving hours and allow us to transfer you direct to your hotel or villa in just a few minutes. This is the preferred option of hundreds of our guests because not only do you save time in traffic, but you can also see the beauty of Bali from the air.

Please enquire to check if we have a helipad near or at your chosen villa. Price and flight time may vary. Price quoted for one-way transfer only.  Prices are per flight, not per person. Maximum 4 passengers per flight. Luggage is transferred by car.

Private charters are available for our clients to fly by Bell 206B helicopter (4 pax) or Piper Chieftain (7 pax) around Bali and to surrounding islands.

Whether your top requirement is to see majestic volcanoes and visit remote beaches for private picnics, or to simply ensure that your transfer from the airport to your villa goes smoothly enabling you to get to the first tee on time, our helicopter is the most dramatic way to go. You can also use it to explore the more remote parts of Indonesia – the world’s most beautiful archipelago.

The Bell 206B Jetranger helicopters are the most widely used helicopters in the world. Fitted with jet turbine engines, they seat 4 passengers plus 1 pilot. Each of our helicopters is luxuriously fitted with leather seats and plush carpeting, and large side windows ensuring a panoramic view.

Piper Chieftain PA-350 (Panther Conversion). Our twin-engine Chieftain is powered by two 350 hp Lycoming turbocharged engines, and it cruises at 180 knots or 335 km per hour. Configured to carry 7 passengers + 1 pilot in comfort, the craft is fitted with air-conditioning.

Insurance cover includes a US$ 10 million combined single limit liability including Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Baggage, Freight, Mail, Crew, Personal Effects and Passenger Legal Liability. Policy Number PUA 0400008 (Underwritten by members of Lloyds UK, and Liberty Mutual UK)

Be prepared…..

Visitors from all other countries must obtain a 30-day tourist visa from their local Indonesian consulate or embassy before entering Indonesia. Submit two application forms with two passport photographs, the appropriate fee, and proof of onward passage. Anyone wishing to stay longer than 30 days must apply for a visa overseas at an Indonesian embassy or consulate before travelling. Those who overstay their 30-day visas by a few days (less than a week) are charged US$20 per extra day by immigration at the port of their departure. This does not apply if flights are delayed or experience technical difficulties.

Your passport must be valid for six months from the date of entry into Indonesia, and you must also have proof of onward passage out of Indonesia (either return or through tickets).

Tourist visas cannot be extended or converted into another type of visa. You must leave the country and come back in again.
